Prof. Cristina Nerín is a full Professor at the University of Zaragoza, Spain. She obtained a Degree in Chemistry, an MSc in Analytical Chemistry and a PhD in Analytical Chemistry and is now Director of the Research Group GUIA at the University of Zaragoza, Spain. Her main research areas are packaging topics, mainly food packaging (food packaging interactions, migration, active and intelligent packaging, adhesives, printing inks, varnishes, Non-Intentionally Added Substances (NIAS) and analytical chemistry.
