In this video, Dr. Amanda Hummon, Associate Professor at the Ohio State University, explains how her research group is developing novel mass spectrometry methods to explore biological equilibria in cancer systems and examine the interaction between drugs and cancer samples in both 3D cell cultures and patient-derived organoids.

Dr. Amanda Hummon is an associate professor of chemistry and biochemistry at The Ohio State University and a member of Ohio State's Comprehensive Cancer. Her research group is currently developing novel analytical methods to examine protein changes that occur with the development and progression of cancer systems, while exploring the deregulation in cancer-associated signal transduction pathways.
